Days on market, on every result
Each search result shows when the home was first listed and when it was last reduced. Homes that have been on the market for more than 60 days stand out.
How long it’s been for sale, every price drop and what similar homes nearby really sold for, right on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket. And stop copying listings into a spreadsheet: your shortlist fills itself in.
House hunting means tracking dozens of homes for months. The sites aren’t built for that, so most of us end up with a spreadsheet.
Rightmove shows the latest change only. Not that it’s the third cut, or that the home has been for sale since May.
Your shortlist is spread across a spreadsheet, screenshots and messages, and none of it updates itself.
A 2011 sale looks cheap next to a 2026 asking price, and a flat next to a detached house tells you nothing.
Kerblist reads the listing you’re looking at and adds what the page leaves out.

Kerblist remembers each price it sees, so you know what changed since you last looked. On Zoopla it adds the full price timeline, past sales included.
HM Land Registry sold prices for the same type of home on the same postcode or street, with older sales brought to today’s money. So a detached house is never compared with a flat.
Save homes from all three sites. Add a status, a star rating, a viewing date and notes, then export everything to Excel or Google Sheets.
It’s free, with nothing to sign up for. It works in Microsoft Edge too.
Open Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket. Kerblist adds days on market and price changes to every result, and a panel to every listing.
Press ☆ Save, and the home lands in your shortlist, one click away from the Kerblist icon.
Your shortlist, notes and price history are kept in Chrome on your computer, not on a server. There’s no account, and Kerblist doesn’t track you.
When you open a listing, Kerblist sends its postcode to HM Land Registry’s public service to look up sold prices. That’s all that leaves your computer. Read the privacy policy

No. Kerblist is an independent extension that works on those sites. It isn’t made, endorsed or sponsored by Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket or HM Land Registry.
HM Land Registry’s Price Paid Data, which records every home sold in England and Wales since 1995. Older prices are adjusted with the UK House Price Index for the local area and type of home. Land Registry doesn’t record size or bedrooms, so Kerblist compares the same type of home on the same postcode or street.
Saving, notes and price tracking work everywhere on the three sites. Sold prices cover England and Wales only.
Chrome deletes it, because it’s only stored on your computer. Export a CSV first if you want to keep it.
